Lauren founded MileHi Strategies  in 2022. As the former director of the Colorado Competitive Council, and former Managing Director of the Denver South Economic Development Partnership, she brings  more than a decade of experience leading legislative initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and statewide coalition building across Colorado.

Caty Carrico | Director of Communications

Caty brings deep experience to advance public affairs initiatives, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. She partners with organizations through PR, digital strategy, and content development to elevate visibility, build credibility, and strengthen community impact. 

Simon Tearpak | Director of Strategy

An innovative thought-leader with over a decade of experience shaping communities and driving change throughout the state, Simon drives innovative initiatives that bridge policy, partnerships, and public impact.
